Breakout Learning is pleased to announce that we have been officially added to the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR Registry for AI at Level One, becoming one of the first companies in our sector to complete this new AI-focused self-assessment.
The CSA STAR for AI is the Cloud Security Alliance’s emerging industry standard for AI transparency, governance, and risk management. Achieving a Level One listing requires organizations to complete a detailed self-assessment documenting how their AI systems are designed, deployed, secured, and monitored. The assessment covers model governance practices, data handling controls, explainability safeguards, and risk mitigation processes.
For Breakout Learning, this milestone reinforces a foundational principle in our approach to AI: AI must be explainable, auditable, and secure by design.
Over the past year, we have strengthened our AI governance program and aligned it with leading global frameworks, building on our existing compliance posture that includes SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, DPDP (India), WCAG 2.1 & 2.2, and our CSA STAR Level One listing.
