The case was very interactive and collaborative. I was able to share my perspectives and learn from the perspectives of my peers. Weighing different options was very insightful.
That was a very interactive experience, I enjoyed having to work with my team via this and it was interesting to do this from separate locations because we all had to verbalize what we felt because we could not rely on reading body language.
The speakers were very engaging to stay focused and pay attention. The prompts were very thought provoking. I think a key improvment would have a progress bar showing how much left we have to plan with time accordignly. Or even have a backward clock of how much time we should spend discussing per slide
Fun and interesting way to engage with group, video interviews would have been nice to supplement the audio.
I enjoyed how I could work with my team in real time and discuss our opinions on the situation.
I really enjoyed this activity, despite my initial qualms about it. I would be happy to do it again and recommend it in an academic setting!

The Breakout Learning platform made the hiring case engaging and thought-provoking, effectively balancing intuition, analytics, and bias awareness.
It was a really positive experience. I was uncertain how an AI conversation would go, but Sophia captured all of my comments and the discussion was very conversational in nature. This was a really great experience that I would recommend to others moving forward.

This tool was incredible. I learned a lot about myself and how I may handle situations and the dilemma of human touch vs. data driven decisions. There is an importance to both. This assignment definitely had me split in my decision.
