I appreciated that the content was attempting to encourage us to learn, rather than tricking us or attempting to make things more difficult than it needs to be. ...

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this process and how this led to engagement within the group.

I quite enjoyed the experience. It was interesting to simulate a "hot-seat" situation. For future simulations, it would be more interesting to use a lesser known company (perhaps a fictitious one).

This case study give us a brief understanding of how Toyota did, and with a easy understanding way, like watch videos and with pictures.

Thanks for letting me know the history of Toyota and why the lean production is important in today.
